- What counts as an 'active pass'?
- An active pass is one that's currently installed in a customer's wallet. If a pass is deleted, it no longer counts toward your limit. Revoked passes also don't count.
- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
- Yes, we offer 20% off for annual billing on all paid plans. Contact sales for details.
- What happens if I exceed my pass limit?
- We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, we'll automatically suggest an upgrade. You can also purchase additional passes at $0.05 per pass.
